"Jump-Kick Man" has been identified as recidivist offender 39-year-old Maurice Freeland of Wisconsin
He was released on bond at the time of his attack on Rittenhouse, having previously repeatedly punched and stomped on his girlfriend, kicking her while she was on the ground. He was given bail despite his previous 25 offenses including other violent attacks.
He approached the prosecution in person and offered to testify in this case in exchange for immunity on his other charges, including a DUI, but they rejected the offer. He has now identified himself to local Wisconsin news outlets
The prosecution did not disclose the identity of "Jump-Kick Man" to the defense during discovery, and during the trial and charging documents, lied to the judge and said they did not know his identity;

There are black men in the United States serving 25 years on gun charges where no gun was even found. If Rittenhouse being exonerated opened a door to their freedom, I’d be all about it. The reality, though, is that an acquittal will just mean more white supremacists shooting up our streets. Rittenhouse isn’t really on trial, it’s the white race. And the white race is guilty as fuck.
