so tell me how the poor 'suffer' from their lack of 'power' through firearms in the rest of the civilised world? pretty sure most poor people in america's peer countries are actually doing better...

agreed on the right to vote and have your vote count equally as anyone else's though, another point where republicans blatantly go against the will of the american people.

we see enforcers and power differently

you live in candyland where a shitty cop stops being a shitty cop because those they are shitty to have been disarmed but that is not the case

I want authority to fear the people. I want predators in rural areas to fear breaking in

You think things get better with an unarmed country like the US and I think they get worse

Most native women have been raped/sexually abused, if I had it my way all of them would be armed and trained not only with firearms but self defense

idiot, you asked me why is OPPOSE nra support and i said i don't.

And?
This contradicts what i said how exactly?

Quote
i merely oppose money in politics - like the vast majority of americans.

And?

You also push a conspiracy theory that the NRA contributions are driving Republican opposition to gun control.

Quote
and yes, i know you don't support stricter gun control. a majority of americans does though, and since you live in a democracy, it should be implemented.

Nope. Opinion polls don't make something the right thing to do.

The US is a constitutional republican btw. Guess what the 2nd amendment says? Shall not be infringed.

Quote
republicans that constantly block it on behalf of the nra and a minority are therefore undemocratic.
thanks for playing indeed.

Itrs not on behalf of the NRA. Gun rights enjoy broad support, especially among republicans and libertarians.

Different polls have different results.
I already used your source to show 57% opposed AWBs.

I don't care about their results.
Our rights and principles are not determined by the whims of people answering opinion polls on a given day.

read again, and you might discover your epic fail. probably already have, just too proud to admit it.

as to your 2nd amendment narrative. the constitution can be changed. it once also explicitly acknowledged and even protected slavery. shocker, i know.

but thanks for admitting what i already stated long ago: you don't care about the polls, the facts, the opinion of american people. so maybe just stop pretending you do, and there's no problem. i totally get that for unreflected, stupid, or brainwashed people, guns can be more important than some strangers kids, it is what it is, you're just used to the constant unnecessary loss of innocent life. what i don't get is how people are trying to rationalise it, to act like they actually care, but that they had valid reasons, good arguments, or a majority of people share their opinion when that is demonstrably false.

Yes it can be changed.
That doesn't mean it should be changed.
Nor does it refute the fact that the US is a constitutional republic that explicitly sought to protect rights rather than rule by the whims of the majority... or results of opinion polls answered by a small amount of people.

Being a principled liberty-supporting person who isn't human garbage and doesn't want authoritarian rule via opinion polls isn't the same as not caring about the facts.

Very mentally weak attempt.

This perfectly describes you. Full blown TDS NPC that copy/pastes insults instead of thinking and considering issues.
Instead of addressing peoples reasons for supporting liberty you smear them and call them dumb or paid off. Its pathetic.
