That is the obvious insinuation.

They arent targeting fucking hair color.

If they were targeting voting, and 75% or whatever goofy number people want to say the military voted for trump with, then they would be sending all these people home.
Because that isn't happening, one can logically conclude that they are in fact not vetting based on how people voted, but whether or not they exhibit radical behavior and cannot be trusted to fulfill their duties.
