That is very clearly not Kyle's hand, when viewed upon any actually thorough inspection. The jurors requested this video in specific. Now it will be a question of their competency whether it guarantees an innocent verdict, or whether it results in a guilty verdict that brings either mistrial or overturn-on-appeal, because there's no real way a guilty verdict can stick when its premised on evidence clearly in violation of the rules.
