Yes, Brazil, the place that was colonized as part of the Portuguese empire where we put a shit ton of salves to work for the colony.

We did that all over the place. It looked better shoving our salves into other countries that we exploited and took all their goods. We did it across the globe. We were good at it too.

Lets face it we're still good at it, abusing child labour laws, setting up our mines in these poor countries exploiting poor workers.

Hell we have set off civil wars in countries just because we want one party to rise because they're willing to play ball.

Yes, via colonization Brazil was part of Europe as it was for hundreds of years. The Portuguese Colonial Empire was huge and it ran for hundreds of years exploiting much of South America and parts of Africa.

So Yes, West Africa was colonized, and that colony which was run by Europeans sold salves to their other colonies also ran by Europeans.

To this day we still have significant influence and are still extracting resources through the exploitation of workers. Any reasonable person would call much of what does on to this day slavery.
