However, if I'm really honest, I can't say I disagree with him on anything except for the "they should go back to where they came from" part. That's the racist part. Everything else is spot on.
Migrants from shithole countries really shouldnt try to push the U.S. to change in the image of the very culture and values which have turned their places of origin into shitholes in the first place.

Its not racist its just true. Just because something is legal doesnt mean its a good idea.

I'm not sure if her race really is irrelevant here. Would Trump have reacted the same way to a white congressman with Swedish origin advocating far-left policies?

However, you're right that the main point is culture/country of origin, so xenophobic is indeed the better term to describe it than racist.

A president still cant just go around and basically say "even though you came here legally and have U.S. citizenship, you still dont belong here and should go back to where you came from, all because I dont like your ideas or the color of your skin or the place you came from decades ago".
