they are called surgical masks for a reason. it was designed to keep spittle out of a open wound in case of a cough or sneeze during surgery
and its to their shame they capitulated to the government so cheaply

So you admit masks help contain the release of bodily fluids into the surrounding environment...

Covid is transmittted through bodily fluids like coughs and sneezes....

Surgeons have used surgical masks for over a century. If there were long term health effects, we would know about them by now.

tis is an idiot. he at the same time says rebreathing co2 is hazardous, and then says we should have used better masks (which trap more co2).

lots of mistakes were made in the mask saga of covid, but no one died from wearing one.

Not true unless it's very overt. There have not been very large comprehensive studies. And frankly - it would be a waste to do such studies. People are consuming plastics all over the place

So you believe in something that isn't studied or proven? That isn't how science works bruh :rofl: . There is literally NOTHING that suggests wearing a piece of cloth over your face is hazardous.

And nah, it's not a waste to conduct such studies at all, especially one that directly involves the health of human beings. Humans have been researching all types of shit for millennia.

Never said that consuming PFAS and other plasticizers will kill you. I said that wearing a mask = you consume more, this is self evidently true. Never said it was even hazardous. I'm not an anti-plastic nutjob, but it's good to avoid consuming the plastics when possible.
