Ideally, yeah. But nothing is ever ideal. Realistically, you can just mosey into a voting booth without ID right the hell now.

maybe one day there will be a Brown party to break the two-party shit we have now ;)

illegals still cant vote in federal elections, and probably wont be able to for a long time. not requiring an ID doesnt mean you have a ballot with your name on it
