Why is not okay for countries made by whites for whites only to be full of whites?

Is the United States made for whites by whites? Because we sure did import (often forcibly) a lot of non-whites to build the country for us.

The system isn't made for anyone, it is. The people who shape the functioning of society on a day to day basis certainly don't care whether you prosper or don't, there are far more mundane and personal concerns on their individual hierarchy of needs.

Take the crisis within American universities, it's not some existential fight between right of left. The bureaucrats aren't for blacks or against whites. They amass power along the line of least resistance because it's in their interest to do so. The why might not be rational, but the how is very. Bureaucrats who don't amass power are gradually replaced by those who do.

This isn't a natural system. It was absolutely shaped to the benefit of those with power. In racial terms that means whites. In economic terms that's the middle and upper classes.
