These are the jury requests from yesterday

I'd say based on this there's about a 99% chance that this case becomes a mistrial with or without prejudice or overturned on appeal
if any convictions are returned. The jury was specifically reviewing the bogus upscaled drone footage that violated the brady rule. There's no putting that genie back in the bottle, and its now impossible to claim that if a guilty verdict is returned, that a retrial can't be justified because the drone footage was too small a factor to influence the jury, one of the main grounds for overturning. So yeah, there's basically no possible way a conviction actually sticks at this point. It can be argued whether the prosecutor's misconduct qualifies for mistrial with or without prejudice, and the judge can still wait out in hopes of an innocent verdict, but the judge has already literally stated there will be a day of reckoning because the prosecutors crossed the line, and now the jurors are poring over fake drone footage that was wrongly admitted into evidence.
