they can vote even without being citizen because of the no ID

to register to vote, you need a valid ID (drivers license) and valid social security number to be approved. only AFTER its vetted that you are a citizen do you get a ballot. where in that process is the 'fraud' happening? its a federal crime for non-citizens to vote as you can read on the form
can you please provide examples of it happening?

the 'no id' rule is only at the ballot box and you only get there after youve already gone through the process.
