The fact of the matter is anything, anything, ANYTHING positive about the US and people like you lose your shit. You're just a hater who gets their panties in a bunch when you realize not everyone shares your blind disdain for the US. A couple APCs, some fly-overs, and some historical dialogue about the nation's military during a national holiday, BOOM, (in Forrest Gump voice) and just like that, we're a dystopian police state.
As for your other points, I have healthcare, I paid for my own college, and there's plenty of drinking water here (you're clearly misinformed about the Flint, Michigan water debacle if that's what you're implying). I am by no means the bar for which everything should be measured here and it's no utopia, but you act like it's a dystopian world here and it's simply not true. Again, just negativity, how dare anyone like their own country.
you sound like a poor little fox propaganda victim. the slightest criticism of anything that happens in america and you completely lose it, you unleash your strawman army, you simply dismiss actual systemic problems by pointing to anecdotal evidence, as if that refuted anything, and try to downplay and outright deny issues that might not directly affect you personally.
how ignorant do you have to be to blindly defend everything your country does without even thinking about it, let alone critically reflecting on issues, just because you feel it makes your emperor look bad? you're basically like ghot, maybe a couple of years younger...
oh, and if you really think that intelligent people from western / northern europe look at america with envy, you (unsurprisingly) don't know the first thing about the world outside your little bubble. i live in a country that is healthier, wealthier, happier, fairer, safer, and more free than yours. i know that when you lot run out of arguments, you resort to that little
'they hate us 'coz they ain't us' talking point, but that couldn't be further from the truth. with all the problems we have (and unlike you, i have a healthy relationship towards my country and can still love it while also acknowledging its flaws), i am glad i live in a country that still cares about their people (i know, we're just one policy away from communism and starving - at least in your simplistic worldview), and not just puppets of the donor class that determine your lives...
