so you get voters excited by just yelling "SCOREBOARD, SCOREBOARD"
that's not even taking into account that each political ad that references economic gains is a tie in and being attributed heavily to the tax cuts. That study was garbage, mainly because tax cuts aren't nearly as partisan as they suggest. Yes its always the GOP pushing for them but its not like gun control where only one side likes what's being pushed. Everyone personally likes tax cuts even if you disagree with the ratio you're getting compared to Bill Gates.
I can't say what the winning formula is for the GOP ads. its going to be really hard for them to mobilize the base and drive up enthusiasm. But i dont think screaming "hey here's the one thing we've accomplished" is the right plan. In my state they're attacking the opposition as anti veteran, they're touting the return of the manufacturing industry, and 2nd amendment support. I'm not sure if that's going to work, but i dont think that a tax plan driven ad campaign is going to work either. its on the books, its not going to drive enthusiasm. what message does that send? "hey we got something done, one thing in fact, all year. give us another chance and you might get 1-2 more things"?
It's not about the scoreboard, it's about a piece of legislation passed to help the American people(in theory). The only reason you'd avoid talking about it is if you are campaigning in a district that isn't gung-ho about the legislation.
They can weave the tax cuts in with all the other accomplishments... less regulation, SC justice, ISIS defeated, libtards triggered, etc.
