Hubers past was brought up in court with the jury upstairs, the prosecution wanted to bring Kyles "Free as fuck" picture into it.
Defense let them know about Huber holding a knife to his brothers throat while telling his grandma we would burn their house down and gut them like pigs.

Kenosha Police arrested one person last night. The suspect pretended to be a member of MSNBC / NBC in an attempt to photograph the jurors as they left. Kenosha police claim no photos were obtained.
This matches the threats and previous attempts made after George Floyd's nephew claimed Minneapolis BLM "had people in Kenosha to photograph the jury"

Every juror in the court room right now is thinking

"Is this kids life more important than mine"
"Should we falsely charge him to get out of this predicament so my family is safe"
7 of the jurors are women, and are probably afraid for their lives.

If you think these people outside the courtroom don't have influence on jurors making a judgement you're not paying attention.
Fair trials are over as long as these people exist, and we accelerate once more towards the boog.

Judge is live giving a public comment on the attempted jury stalking


The suspect claimed to be from MSNBC under direction of a New York editor. The suspect followed the jury bus in their vehicle when it was leaving the courthouse, and ran a red light to try to follow it and was pulled over by police and ticketed. The local NBC correspondents say they have no idea who he is, unclear if national MSNBC has disavowed him too. But out of an abundance of caution, the judge has banned all MSNBC correspondents from the courthouse for the duration of the trial.

If they said CNN, CBS, ABC or Fox, I'd assume the guy is clearly a fake and pretending to be a photographer to spy on the jury
MNSBC makes me think it actually could have been the channel actually sending a photographer to stalk the jury
