If im being forced to pay for them and alternatives are banned why would i stop using them?
Does the fact that a small portion of the money goes to something i use remove the fact that its theft? No.

If i took 40% your income every year and threatened to lock you in a cage for years or shoot you if you refused, but gave you some services in return, would you be ok with that? would that not be theft?
what if you used a road that i paved outside of your house?
what if i used some of your money to hire someone to "protect" your neighborhood and they shot your dog and enforced unjust laws?
Now its ok right?
