i was banned there too. all i asked was (in the comments mind you) if anyone has fast food places offering under 12-15$/hr. because if not that means the min wage is essentially 12-15$/hr, even if legislation is lagging behind.

i also got MAJORLY downvoted for pointing out that a lot of the anti landlord stuff they post means we're moving towards white walled corporate landlords because small timers will be pushed out. the type of companies u have to put in a work order for a new fridge then wait your turn. and companies that absolutely maximize profit. they didnt like that. got a lot of replies about govt funded massive housing projects, as if that will go well.
