I don't actually know how this individual is not in prison for life already based on his history, as in he should not have been able to commit any new crimes since he shouldn't have been in public to begin with.

Think about how insulting this is: Kyle Rittenhouse had 2 million dollar bail and he is a hero. This guy is a filthy thug and they are basically saying "this guy is only 2.5x more dangerous than Kyle."

How/why is Kyle a hero? He provided first aid to violent rioters, was attacked by 4 of those violent rioters, and acted to defend his own life from those attacks. What's heroic? Where's the sacrifice?

I'll agree with most of the rest of what you say though. How is Kyle a danger to society in any way? How is this guy not? Bail is supposed to be based around a defendant's danger to society, not their crime. Isn't this guy confirmed as a danger to society yet?
