Afaik not yet, but it's super unlikely to happen. The bigger question is if the 3rd debate, which was scheduled for Oct 22, can go through.
Honestly, after the dumpster fire of the first debate, nobody will shed a tear if we only get one more repeat instead of two.

During those first 1-2 months, people in America couldn't really get a test if they wanted to.

Deaths per million is a result of how widespread the virus is, not how effective your healthcare is. I'll be happy to admit the US has done much less to slow the spread.

The amount of case is -nearly- a non sense because in France we just started to massively test people, It's like 10 times more tests than before per week... As simple as that.

Look at the chart I posted above, cases in France have been going up since August. Just like they have in almost every other European country. You wanna tell me that's only because you recently started testing more?
