vigilantism is never legally justified. but a citizens arrest =/= vigilantism. a citizens arrest still follow due process once the person is delivered, charged, and tried in a court. vigilantism = no court of law is ever intended to be involved. and that could still be the case, but its not what BL911 is saying.
