rofl, guess what? we still do NOT know the motivations of the las vegas shooter. we DO know the motivations of the new york truck attacker. quite the difference when it comes to preventing such tragedies from occuring again, isnt it?


furthermore, the las vegas shooter has been in the country since his birth. the new york truck attacker was actively and unnecessarily brought into the country.

Domestic terrorism is more dangerous and lethal.

I'm sure his motivation was kill as many people as possible.

Misanthropy motivates both kind of attacks. Not religion, not mental illness. Those are rationalizations by the weak minded.

You cant stop reality from being real. You can spin it to suit your ideology though.

and while they are at it, they should tell him that the state of new york doesnt even have capital punishment

however since its terrorism this might go to the federal government

needless to say that it is stupid to say that in public, the lawyer of that guy will certainly use it in trial
i guess its too much to expect that trump would think long term for a second

How does that make a difference regarding separation of powers?

A president (or any politician, for that matter) should not be trying to undermine Justice's authority by suggesting what Justice's decision should be. In my country people have been impeached for that, and rightly so.
