It's funny how big the media made 9/11 when compared to other incidents this is nothing... Why don't you remember any other dates? Why is it only 9/11? You realize only a fraction of a percent of people died in 9/11 compared to many of the wars U.S. started? Why don't you remember 1 September 1939. When world war 2 started? That was way bigger then 9/11.. oh ya cuz the media has brainwashed you into thinking how great of an impact 9/11 was to the world, but the true reason is they only created 9/11 themselves to discontinue the belief of Islam.
We are Americans remembering an American tragedy. If we were Polish or even European we might make September 1 a day of reflection. We do reflect on December 7 as well, the day that lead to our coming into WWII. I actually remember very well seeing and hearing a lot about it last year which marked 70 years.
Just like we celebrate July 4th as our Independence day it is unique to us.
