Problem is there are several passages in the bible that clearly show Jesus doesn't have the same knowledge as the father. While you are the same in all 3 instances, you still fundamentally have all your knowledge and experience whereas Jesus does not.



Also I've asked if that is the scenario as a question and gotten told that isn't an accurate analogy by plenty of Christians. IMO the trinity is just confusing and contradictory that even "divinely inspired" Christians can't agree on the details.

Anyway, out of the hundreds (if not thousands) of religions throughout history, there have been many types of eternal damnation for non-believers. Threatening me with one more version of it makes no difference to me, since I'm going to be subjugated to the rest of them too.

My fellow atheists and I aren't going to concern ourselves with trying to avoid one of the hundreds of types of eternal torment.

I don't think you got that analogy quite right.

Hint: The child is not the atheist in that analogy.
