Don't worry about me, for the last 2 years I've spent most of my time outside the UK. I come back for the summer months, as I don't think there are many better places to be in the summer festival season.

While this whole episode is depressing, the big picture may not be as bad:

- The threat of Reform becoming a major player in the next election means Labour have a big incentive to tackle mass immigration and the resulting issues stemming from it
- The immigration reforms passed in the last year which restricted the number of dependents you can bring to the UK are already having a large negative effect on visa applications: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c77l41z8yn7o
- The economy is looking at its best in a while with consistently increasing income per head above inflation
- The previous Conservative government were an abomination; they gave up trying to govern years ago. Labour will make some positive incremental policy changes, not because they are good, but because most of the problems the UK has are actually quite obvious and have clear solutions.

Sound like Sunak really fucked up by calling the snap election instead of sitting out the term until the last day...

We call them npcs. People who never did anything than work/watch the corporate owned news media/social medias/entertainment. All they know is what they are being told outside the time they spend being a slave at their job.

Just look how many grown men never did anything but work/watch tv/play video games. Their truth is what they see on their favorite media which is all the same because they're all owned by the same group of elite.

Perfect. These counter protesters can provide housing, money and food for illegal immigrants then, since they support them being here.

They won't have to. Like in Canada, migrants waiting on the right number of people and they will take over and put you on the street. It's a silent invasion which people let happen because they can't stop living from entertainment. People will watch their tv / play their video games until the last moment when it's too late.

The immigration debate is far too polarised, with one side trying to burn down hotels housing migrants and the other side saying refugees welcome.

The media has not helped by framing the protests as 'far right', which is an attempt to deny people a voice for their valid concerns.

Now people are going to feel scared for simply being anti mass migration and wanting to peacefully protest. However, when they get to the polling station and no one else can see, they'll vote uninhibited.

Why do you think it's made this way? Corporations own all social medias, judges, presidents. They decide what you see on the news, how you think and the consequences if you go against the matrix. It's that simple. Most people are born to be slaves while a small % is born to own and decide what the slaves get/how they think and who's the flavor of the month. Right now it's minorities and trans, who knows what's next on their menu.

Yeah, lets just be rational and go out shooting people.

That would be horrific. What i'm talking bout is working together as citizens to improves daily lives for the less fortunate, work on creating more family owned stores/restaurant and supporting those instead of corporations. Supporting farmers and going to farmer markets. Violence ain't the solution and never will be. Working together is and supporting each other and teaching the right values to people growing up. Doing charity if possible to help the people in needs. There's so many way we can help our communities and make a difference instead of living in front of a device outside working hours for the rest of our lives.

The reason why everything is happening is because we're all doing our own things not giving a fk bout the person next to us. It needs to change.
