Voting doesn’t matter.

Exiting the longest war in American history had some consequences. The world isn't sunshine and rainbows. Biden made a hard decision, because he knew the benefits. The number of Americans killed in Afghanistan, if we compare Trump vs. Biden at this point in the presidency, is less for Biden. And that's the whole(or at least a significant part of) point of the withdrawal that Trump planned for, and Biden executed.

But on the original point, the racial riots of Trump's era are not happening under Biden. That's partly because the same sort of incidents haven't happened to the same extent, but it's also because a clearly racist, authoritarian right-wing president provokes a harsh backlash(and usually, for good reason).
