I do not get how the right are whining about inflation, pull yourselves up by your boot straps and get better jobs.
Two years ago my job was fantastic and satisfying. I had plenty of leisure spending money and there was no fear of that changing.
Today I make a little bit more than I need to be comfortable, and any leisurely spending is out of the question.
How pretentious of you to act like Americans aren’t just dealing with reality. Like people are sucking their thumbs in the fetal position with d2jsp on the iPhone.
Life was great two years ago. Today, milk costs my family $7.00 a gallon.
Let’s apply this hideous argument to, say a good shortage. Your logic dictates that because we can live for well over a week without food, we should just pick ourselves up by our bootstraps and try to get two rations this week instead of one. You are literally saying we shouldn’t be talking about how awful our country has become economically in the past two years.
Correct me if I am wrong but you are saying we shouldn’t even talk about it because we are more than strong enough to endure?
