The difference between the Boston tea party and this is there was an overwhelming majority supporting that protest against an external force. If you were to do a poll on who supports blocking highways/bridges for protests today, I would put money that the general populace of that country/city would be overwhelmingly against it.

Nobody really cares when it's their own team. I want both sides to be able to protest and be disruptive as long as their actions don't immediately threaten people. A traffic jam doesn't meet that standard.

But I value freedom more than people like void.
