We are talking about somebody shooting another person. You don’t want to acknowledge the difference between that and any other work place accident.

What you'd like to see happen doesn't square with the how the legal system understands liability in a case like this.

Let's consider another example that isn't colored by an actor who made fun of trump on SNL: Brandon Lee was shot and killed on the set of the Crow due to an improperly loaded blank. Lee, and the actor that pulled the trigger both believed the weapon was safe and filmed the scene as practiced.

Is that murder on the part of the person who pulled the trigger of what they all thought was a studio prop? Is it negligence on the part of the prop master?

In the Twilight zone movie, a helicopter crashed after being hit with shrapnel from prop explosions that the director demanded he fly low to the ground near, and killed an adult actor and two children brutally. Is the pilot guilty of murder?

There's dozens of other examples of deaths on film sets. Barring actual criminal intent or negligence, these are things called accidents.

Somebody put a live found into the gun. Not a blank. All of you seem fine with this just quietly going away. There is absolutely zero need for live founds on a movie set, yet somebody loaded the pistol with one. I am perplexed how nobody else finds this insane. Nobody is going to be held accountable for this

Hahaha it is a work accident when your job requires you to shoot guns at people in a movie Getting killed by a fallen tree, or electric shock or crashing a car produces the same result often much more painful then a gun.
