This thread is about people who virtue signalled for Ukraine.

This thread is NOT about people who still actively show support for Ukraine.

Anyone who has said "but people still have flags and support" Obviously
1. don't know what virtue signalling is
2. can't read because that's not what this thread is about

I'm talking about all these people back in early 2022 when the Ukraine Russia war was popping off. That were online hash taging and putting blue and yelllow flags everywhere.

Yet these people influence other people. Despite themselves not really giving a shit.

YOU know the people i'm talking about,.. Jan 2022 they were #standwithukraine, Oct 2022 not a single mention of Ukraine from them.

People were sort of bludgeoned into supporting the war in Ukraine in the same way they were bludgeoned into supporting BLM. If you don’t support Ukraine, you support Putin. If you don’t support BLM you were a racist or something. As seen in previous posts in this thread, and I can only imaging hundreds in the official thread. I don’t visit that thread, because this whole thing is insane and obviously just the new “endless war” or at least an interim because Biden truly had no choice but to leave Afghanistan.

My opinion on this is strong and will probably get me a warning because of how stupid a lot of you are.

You don’t see anybody flying Florida flags. They deserve our support more than fucking Ukraine.

Which can be brought on topic... Those people who say "thoughts and prayers" for Florida hurricane victims. Yet don't actually mean it. Then a week or two goes by and they've moved onto the next 'thing'. Completely forgetting about Flordia.



I think you summed it up here, I'd like to expand on this.

It's natural human survival. Selfish instinct to portray ones self different outward than they do inward.
Outward they try to portray themselves as caring and considerate.
Inward they only do this so people view them in a positive way.

If Hunter Biden is a shareholder of an oil and gas company in Florida they might be waving a Florida flag.

Cant walk through a suburb without seeing them allover decks here in Canada at least. I just went down to Edmonton recently, a pretty conservative place, and there's Ukraine flags everywhere, flying on trucks, flying on houses, etc.

So what does that have to do with people who were virtue signalling?

You don’t see a single one anywhere in west Texas. Maybe in Fredricksburg I can see that. We fly American, Texan, and to a much lesser extent Mexican flags here.
