Props to whatever external agencies are selling this garbage though. Gotta be quick on your feet to make money off trends.

I almost guarantee there's workplace equality / gender assessments being sold now. Like the companies that used to sell those personality assessments, then subsequently sell workshops so you're employees could learn how to work with other employees with certain personality traits.

I remember our workplace doing DiSC assessments, then subsequent workshops. What an absolute waste of time and money.
