You guys are proving my point. You still, well after the court case, refuse to believe what is actually on video and has been proven in court.
The court case came down to the judge refusing to translate the legal means for a citizens arrest. It was a vaguely written law that came down to basically a coin toss whether or not the two (notice I said two) people were legally arresting the man or unlawfully imprisoning him. The judge let the jury decide.
Nothing else was in dispute. There were no claims to racism at any point in the case (much like the chauvin case) and there was no dispute whether or not he was there robbing equipment. None of that was even disputed in
the actual court case. It came down to translating the specific law pertaining to citizens arrest.
Asking for the video of him robbing the houses is so beyond the point. It has all been proven in court, I am not searching for the videos to prove to you something that was proven in a weeks long court case, which was televised by the way.
