kids have to grow up some time, i am not asking for primary school education to change. i am suggesting that for children aged 15-18 more conversation and debate on topic's not currently in schools curriculum should be had to prepare /edit: all, young adults. so in conclusion, my position is no, parental consent should not be sought or be mandatory.

I find similarity in the whole "sitting in a car with keys in ignition while drunk" = DUI but also if you are sitting in a car with keys in ignition you can get ticketed for parking violation, it's either parked or it's not, can't be both :<

I see no benefit prosecuting prostitution and putting them in jail for it,only making it harder for them to stop doing it and doing it in a safe manner

I think for every point made to legalize prostitution then there will always be something you can say to discredit it. I think for every point made to outlaw prostitution then there will also always be something to discredit it. With that said, can we find a common ground? Can we please both sides? It happens anyways.. why not tax it? Why not use Ferdia's idea and prepare young adults in school about the realities of life. Thoughts? I haven't made up my mind of where I stand on this because it's a very conflicting topic. However, we can't please everyone right? Looking forward to the replies on this one.
