kids have to grow up some time, i am not asking for primary school education to change. i am suggesting that for children aged 15-18 more conversation and debate on topic's not currently in schools curriculum should be had to prepare /edit: all, young adults. so in conclusion, my position is no, parental consent should not be sought or be mandatory.
