I talked to Chinese graduate students who came from China. They've been exposed to American news and perspective for years and regardless have a pro-China gov takes.

Yeah we had a couple Chinese students in my MSW program learning how to be effective chinese government administrators and they were super pro-China and have been here for years. They just wanted to go home and work for the state. They almost seemed confused when we asked what they wanted to do.

They were here to learn long term care administration for their aging population.

Its funny how most people are saying china except for the complete dumbasses.

On that note why the hell is North Korea not on this list?

I guess broadcasting "barely more than zero" is completely normal for enduring trust to your population, and making sure they are informed.

funny that local crayon-eaters are naming countries inside of which the only alternative to adhering to local decree is threat of deadly force, and outside of which everyone knows their state of affairs - meaning their absolute failure in field of propaganda & disinformation

while USA (#1 at propaganda) is the biggest warmonger/arms dealer on the planet but is worshipped as peacekeeper here in europe

Hahaha had a chinese friend proud his dad escaped communism by being smarter and working harder than others. This friend believed in censorship, doesn't understand bill of rights, despises republicans in Florida, and if you use racist words to piss off assholes, your bigotry is subconscious, word policing, etc etc. when u call him a commie from his political preferences says " my dad will tell you about real communism, he escaped China"... So China tool the lead last night early, 5 to 3 during the asian open. USA made a strong come back reversing their lead to 13 - 10. It's exciting. Riveting.

I would say NK is a satellite state of China

The whole west has probably the best narrative.They are the free world so it's easier.
China is the best at retaining information.
Russia industrialized it first, apparently, but recently destroyed its own reputation.
