Kids don't need a fully matured brain to understand gender and sex. Kids aren't these pure beings that don't notice the world and don't develop gender or sexual identity until they snap into being a teenager. There is absolutely age appropriate stuff to talk about in kindergarden, even if it's just talking to them about how to report being abused to the proper authorities.

Also, from what IceMage posted, this bill is almost certainly unconstitutionally broad. It's on the state to prove that something isn't "age appropriate", which they would have to rigorously define to enforce it.

Right bans books and the left cancels those they disagree with. Each side is flawed. This is a talking point on children. That shouldn’t even be a talking point with schools. The human brain in most studies isn’t even fully matured till age 25.
