Did no one notice that he refers to himself as a devil?

As someone who has both been to Cook County Jail, and Illinois Department of Corrections.
I can tell you 150 days in Cook County Jail is worse than a full year in State Prison.

I know that, I think his chances of successful appeal are 0%.
He's gonna serve that 150 days in the county jail, the judge, and the prosecution made no procedural errors.
Judges looking at the appeals aren't authorized to just say "You know what I feel your sentence is too harsh"

would tend to agree with this, or would rephrase, people of weak mind or under severe pressure, don't always see a way out and may take their lives. As an example, Caroline Flack and Brenda Leyland spring to mind (in this part of the world. i am sure other parts of the world would have their own examples). it would not surprise me that the person as referenced in OP title is currently (genuinely) suicidal. Trial by peers, especially if connected to the internet / close proximity, destroys people, at times (depending on situation and severity of mental impact).

It has nothing to do with a weak mind.

Isolation is the biggest factor. I am more likely to kill myself as an affluent white man with a good paying career, graduate degree, successful but adulting children, than a younger black woman who has three kids and lives with her mom, works in the service industry, and lives check to check. This is in the science.

As for suicide coming from a weak mind: that is a juvenile thought and you're betraying a young age with this statement.

Would I be able to perform at a high level professionally, survive two military deployments as a combat soldier, raise children in a house I bought with no parental help being the first person in my family to get a college degree, etc, if I was weak minded? Because I will definitely kill myself if I get the right diagnosis and it won't be because I'm weak minded, it will be because I'm done being alive and I'm turning the on switch to off.

I would say weak minded people are the ones who will do anything to save their miserable skins because they're afraid of the inevitable.

Cook County jail is the number one provider of mental health services in Illinois, Therefore being mentally ill is illegal in Illinois.

No wonder it was bad.

Jesus: How you treat the least of your fellow man is how you treat me

Republicans: So you're saying we should hate poor people?

It's funny that if Jesus were alive today he'd be called a socialist communist nazi.
