I think most likely cause by these few is mental defect

i'd say Jbiden has wernicke's aphasia in association to dementia, just going by his symptoms.
However, This is all the product of leaven that calcifies the brain ~ that they won't tell you, & usually comorbid w/ dental amalgam or elemental mercury poisoning.

Gates appears to have some form of it aswell considering he's usually very conscious or sharp witted in his interviews & has not been so lately(spaces out and isn't paying attention to the interviewers).
Though, its possible his conscience is just finally experiencing guilt but not necessarily exclusive to what i'm alleging.

More moral law than international law, but under article 7 of most state's theft crime law(s), the very thing used to block cellphone radiation in stores is also considered a device used to block anti thievery tech.
So if you try to protect yourself they can try to allege you were "steeling" if your behavior appears suspicious for any reason. It's entirely contingent upon proving you actually stole something or maybe were trying to.
aka, Laws are illusory unfortunately it's about judges relationships to lawyers and the people they work w/ that are topically there to give a return on investment to the private prison systems.
The system can also have people actually steal and walk out when you do to incriminate so always make sure there's no tale when exiting shopping stores ~A very clever spiritual system unfortunately.

couple of months ago he was grinning ear to ear saying that in the near future, couple of years, all meetings will be in the metaverse.

he is evil and needs to be removed immediately.
