Empires =/= USA

Most Empires by virtue of being Empires *start* multicultural. Not always, but in the case of Rome, Ottoman, Achaemenid (the correct name of the "Persian empire") they went out and conquered other cultures and subjugated them. To compare that with US immigration is as silly as your attempt at me.
