I think we need to stop traveling the globe just for fun.
Covid came frome china to europe via chinnese workes in Italy.

There should be some sanitary rating of countires.
Like Grade A or B. So if you come from a grade B country to a grade A country you have tp spend 14 days in quarantine.

This is clearly from someone who has never stepped out of their country. Do you have any idea how LARGE china is? I bet I could go to the worst part of your country, say gee this place is a shît hole, we should give it a D rating and make every businessman or tourist from there quarantine for x amount of days! Doesn’t matter if you’re from the country side or if you’re fully vaccinated and work in a bank according to your suggestion they need to quarantine.

This is nowhere near being our first pandemic nor our deadliest (not even close). Pick up a European history book at your library and read it!!

The most interesting part that I found about this pandemic was how quickly toilet paper disappeared off the shelves for awhile!!

This in itself deserves its own thread. The social mass panic and mass hysteria and the actual effects it had on such large populations.

Again, unprecedented, there was not near this much global connection and media during the last pandemic.

Very interesting to see the effects of this on society from a back seat perspective.

When the pandemic first hit i rushed out to buy ice cream and chocolate brownies. Told the wife if the world is ending this is the best way to go out.
