Enough with racism against white people dude.

Just because there are more dangerous jobs out there doesn't mean being a cop is easy or not dangerous.

I'm not being racist towards white people...

Danger is relative and if a job is less dangerous than jobs perceived to "safe," then I'd say that we need to recalibrate our definitions. You're more likely to be assaulted as a high school teacher than as a cop. You're more likely to be injured as a farmer, meat packer, etc.

Over 95% of cops never draw their weapons during their entire career. We only think being a cop is dangerous because of shows like "Cops" where they selectively show them engaging with white trash heroin addicts and other rough types. If we actually had a reasonable sample, it'd just be a bunch of fat fucks sitting at their desk/car. This isn't meant to be derogatory because the vast majority of Americans are fat and are stationary throughout their careers. I'm simply illustrating that being a cop is safe, easy, and lucrative so the point that people are going to "quit being cops" is ludicrous.

Are you guys talking about the guy that apparently left a man in a permanent vegetative state and is suspected in shooting another guy in the leg during a carjacking?

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-9670161/Daunte-Wright-arch-criminal-says-lawyer-man-left-vegetative-state-shooting.html

Hmm, I wonder if any of this was allowed to be presented to the jury?

This guy is literally the type of dude that would carjack a senator at random like what just happened to those two Democrat politicians.

Oh, but our policies are totally working guys! Violent crime has risen dramatically, but it's totally not our fault!

How is a dead person's actions related to this idiot woman mistaking a gun for a taser? During OJ Simpson's case, did they bring up the fact that he was a really good running back in the NFL?

He was violent and clearly has an established history of violence. Yes, that is something that could very well affect the trial, considering that he could have ran multiple people over. In-fact, I would say it is entirely 100% relevant to a self-defense argument by the defense given the circumstances involved.

Why is it that the left always ends up defending violent criminals, rapists & pedophiles when they feel the need to shed their crocodile tears over police brutality?

I mean just look at this quote from the article I posted:

"Accountability is not justice ... justice is beyond the reach that we have in this life for Daunte. But accountability is an important step, a critical, necessary step on the road to justice for us all.”

Oh yeah?

Where's the justice for the two people who's lives have been irreversibly ruined by Daunte's actions? Why aren't they being talked about in the media and in the news? One of whom is now basically permanently braindead and will never be able to walk again!

Where's the justice for them? Why are they not mentioned? Are their lives not important just because they don't fit the narrative?

Not saying this woman shouldn't have been charged, but I mean come on. This verdict has little to do with justice and more with satisfying the left's urge to crucify someone. A lesser charge would have been more appropriate.

I feel bad for her. She is remorseful and I'm not sure there was criminal intent there.

I guess I can agree people use cases like this to push a narrative unfortunately everyone tries to take anything getting attention and uses it to push their own wants.

We also agree wright should be held accountable for his actions and he should have been arrested here and should likely never leave jail.

But you just can't let that get in the way of holding someone accountable for a mistake that should be easily avoidable. Just a bit more care and training and he would be in jail and she would still be working just fine.

To answer the first bold: the guy is dead. What justice can they get?

To answer the second: she did get the lesser charge. It was manslaughter, and not murder.

The rest of your rant is, well, a rant, and irrelevant. Let's out it this way:

Had she not killed him, he could have been put in front a jury to answer for his accused crimes. She robbed those families of justice.
