We've already got Democrats threatening to pass laws against guns using the logic created by Texas abortion ban.

This is why you should maybe respect the process and not play in bad faith. It can be turned against you pretty easily.


Personally I hope Democrats use every dirty trick in the book for the forseeable future. Republicans need to have their bad faith punished instead of "you go low we go high". When one party goes low and the other goes high, the party that goes low wins every time.

I support playing dirty against people playing dirty. Republicans want to skirt the law and unconstitutionally ban abortion? Do the same with guns. Make Republicans see their dirty tricks can be used against them.

It's one of the few states that could do that and be self-sufficient unlike all the red states sucking at the government teat.

As much as there's lots of toxicity coming from that state it's been one of the few states through the years to actually give the feds more than it recieved so feds could continue to subsidize some of the low tax states like Kentucky who just absorbs federal funding.

Today it's closer to breakeven but that's still way more than 80% or so of the states can say.
