They only see one side and their problems what about the employers who have to put up with all kinds of bs from the workers, under delivering and under performing, not coming in on time, abusing company time getting paid for posting nonsense on jsp while they should be working, stealing.

Not saying there are perfect business owners the point is people are dicks on either side.
If the employees dont like their conditions/pay they negotiate for a raise or leave
likewise The employers don't like their employers underperforming or stealing then they can negotiate/discipline or just fire someone
