It's not about if you're spreading it at any given time. If you drive 100 mph through a residential area you aren't killing anybody at that particular moment, but you're still violating your responsibility. You have a responsibility to take reasonable efforts to mitigate spread.

The constitution was written by white men for white men only. This was taken as so obvious a fact as to it never occurred to them to actually write the words, white men.
This was exactly how the founding fathers intended it.

The oppressors are working to make teaching the history of their oppression a secret. Spain did this when Francisco Franco died....all of his accomplices drafted laws discouraging discussing these events and all the mass murders, disappearances, etc. Their history is similar to ours in that classes of people were oppressed brutally for a very long time, and now the enemies of CRT are doing the same thing....making it so that slavery can't be described in disparaging terms, people can't talk about Jim Crow or it is minimized that separate but equal was ok so it is ok to segregate, etc. White supremacy and privilege aren't real.

As a result you just a group of young people who vaguely know something bad happened in the past but don't know who did it or how it effects them and their society today. It is a guidance into ignorance and indoctrination.

You are correct. This is also why younger generations are taught to disregard (ok boomer) the older ones. So they don't learn what has changed and a new norm is established.

These types of things play into the suggestive manipulation system. This is how they do what they do without people seeing it for what it really is.

You seem to be suggesting that you only have inalienable rights if the constitution gives it to you explicitly. Which is exactly in line with what I said.
