Caught in photos with someone who walked up to him at an event. Oh no!

Your hero committed mass murder and brought slavery back to Libya.

I'd take an intervationalist over a racist xenophobe any day of the week.

Your patriot does give out good memes - I'll give you that.

People's Party of Canada Leader Maxime Bernier once discounted NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh's chances of winning a seat in the House of Commons by saying he'd "never get elected with that rag on his head," according to an affidavit filed recently in an Ottawa court case.

While Bernier went on to lose his seat in the Quebec riding of Beauce in the 2019 election, Singh won the British Columbia riding of Burnaby South.

We get it, you are garbage that smears people as "racist" when your immoral statist views are challenged.
Your tactic is outdated. Just making yourself look like anti-intellectual scum.

Preferring Maxime to the more authoritarian candidates does not mean i love everything he has ever said or done, nor do I care about your juvenile attempts to mock him for not winning an election.
Morality is not determined by popular vote or government edict.

Did he say a mean thing you didn't like one time? Grow the fuck up.

You want to pretend Maxime is evil for some guy walking into an event and taking a picture, but worship someone who is responsible for the deaths of countless people, including bombing and terrorizing children.
You are not an authority on morality. You have no high ground here. Just a pathetic authoritarian democrat shill.

Trudeau managed to fail on vaccines almost more than any other western leader. But he’s a good-looking lifelong/generational Canadian swamp demon so he will probably survive, despite all his ethics scandals, penchants for racist behavior, and overall incompetence

that user prefers the era of slavery and “separate but equal”, just like the administration in the USA that user worships.

it's not so much the liberals but trudeau, i voted for trudeau in 2015 and 2019

un security seat council thing was an embarrassment
indian constumes was an embarassment
he handled the retard south of the border poorly
telecom promise fail and electoral reform fail also limits my trust in the promises the liberal party is parading out right now - i do love some of the things they're promising but just don't believe it's gonna happen
too many ethics scandals

i might coin flip conservative for limited spending and avoiding higher taxes or ndp for a serious approach to housing

I'm going for ndp for the first time.

Mainly because liberals is self explanatory, and they're pretty much like the Conservatives anyway.

I have no faith in the Conservatives atm, seems like they're directionless and leaderless. Sheer was a joke, fucking idiot had it easy and does dumb shit lmao. otoole seems like a poor man's Trump. Flip flopping 180'd so fast like he's just saying shit what ppl wanna hear.

Ndp Horgan did surprisingly well for BC, pretty much felt like he did most of the shit he said he would do if they voted for him. He delivered in such short amount of time. Honestly I feel like he delivered most of his promises than Trudeau has in his 6 yrs  so at the very least, they're the most trustworthy party atm to me.

I listened to the debate on CBC last night and It reminded me why I hate voting in this country.

A few things that interest me:

1) The liberal plan to implement another TFSA that is specific for home purchases. I am in a situation where our household income is in the top .05 % of Canada or so . This is great for me since it just provides another tax free vehicle and I can max it the day it comes out. For 99% of Canadians however, the majority don't even have their normal TFSA maxed. This is not going to help them at all with the rampant rise in housing. Its good for me not useful for the majority of Canadians, not sure where I stand on this. I think further action is needed.

2) Child care. I am in support of cheaper childcare fore Canadians. Childcare in in the NWT when I lived there was close to $1,000 per month per child. If you have more than one child you end up having to seriously consider if its even worth it to have dual income. In Nova Scotia my blue collar brother is paying 50 a day per child on single income while his wife goes to school. They cant make ends meet and are swimming in debt. Quebec has had $10 dollar child care per day for years and years and under their model its been proven that you actually net more federal taxes (pays for itself) since it lets more workers into the workplace paying federal taxes rather than being stay at home parents. I am in favour of this over the conservative plan which wants to reimburse parents through tax credits. If you dont have money to spend tax credits a year later wont help you cover childcare now.

3) More paid six leave. No. I am not in favour of this at all. People are already fucking the dog. I won't go down further.

4) Economy - They all just spew the same buzz words. Million jobs, clean energy jobs, blah , blah , blah. Its the same with climate change. Just figures that no one will hold them to.

Also I think that in general Canadian politicians know that the majority of Canadians are tax stupid and don't even understand the fundamentals. Tax credits are often worth so little. I know they use them because even the low income get tax credits while a deduction is virtually worthless since there's no taxable income to actually apply it against but tax credits get multiplied by 15% the majority of the time unless its a special credit of some type it could be at a higher % and some are non-refundable. It allows them to toss out big figures which makes everything sound grand until you realize, oh you just get 15% of that amount.

I don't know who I will vote for. Honestly a coin could decide it at this point, I feel it matters that little.

Totally anecdotal but for whatever reason anyone from previous schools or even past friends who suffered from mental health and are still clearly unstable seem to all drift to the ppc. I don't know why it just seems like a political alignment.

It seems like Bernier handed out Kool-Aid to the mentally ill. Ultimately if I recall the guy couldn't even win his own riding.
