If you don't have a voter ID, you should be given a provisional ballot and you should have a couple weeks to rectify any sort of discrepancy. Elections aren't certified for several weeks so that shouldn't really be a problem.

If you participate in the voting, you give the winner (even if you didn't vote for them) the ability to say "it was a fair election, and elections have consequences." I'm getting to the point that I don't care who it is wielding power, they're still going to use it in manners I don't support. NOTA needs to be a legally binding ballot option, for every election.
