The original constitution did not use slaves/slavery and it avoided the subject. It had several provisions relating to "unfree" persons. Slavery existed there is no denying that but it has no implication of race.

Its the purple haired cucks who study critical race theory intentionally drawing conclusions to indoctrinate the marxist propaganda and try to strip away the foundations of America.

They can study it all they want and have their private circle jerks around their beloved communism all they like its just they don't deserve taxpayers (federal) money for funding. Which this bill is all about.
If you want to fund anti American propaganda great go ahead but leave me out.

If we go out if our way to ignore all context and the text I can convince myself of something I wanted to believe before I started reading.

Literally said no one is denying existence of slavery. 13th Amendment exists. Move the fk on jesus. Focus on something positive and forward thinking.
Especially in times like these, really don't find much use in discussing these things further

Flag is fine, Constitution is fine, Anthem is fine.

No one living today ever owned slaves and no one living today was ever a slave.

The people are not fine.

The bolded claim is not supported by the passage of the bill that you quoted. Bringing up one section of the Constitution which reflected the common-place racism of the time does not imply or prove that the Constitution is "fundamentally racist". Neither does bringing up a difficult political compromise which was necessary due to the reality of slavery at the time.

This bill is clearly aimed against stuff like the discredited 1619 project by the nytimes which asserts that racism and slavery were THE defining, fundamental founding principle of America.

/dumbass thread.

If the United States of America and its Constitution are so bad and so racist how about everyone that doesn't like it just go fuck off to a country that's already a communist shithole.

op is a descendant of segregationists and is a modern-day advocate for bringing back “separate but equal” by force via government enforcement funded by taxpayers

These threads were intended to give good faith posters an opportunity to decry cancel culture from the right, instead it seems they're a magnet for bad faith posters to display how much they're willing to torture basic facts until it conforms to their worldview.

This is a crystal clear example of cancel culture from one of the most brazenly partisan senators in the country and people are still not willing to call out Republican hypocrisy. Makes me sad for humanity.

You're just addressing the person and not the argument now. I think there's a term for that...

Lmao, imagine how tiny little fella Thor thinks that’s because slaves were deemed 3-5th that is what meant for only over racism. Also, the document that Allows him to be the freedom rambling biggot he is, he considers racists from a historical context. Meanwhile the 3-5th clause is clearly ignored for its historical context. Also let’s not forget removing the historical context that america ended slavery within 100 years of its founding meanwhile it happens else where.

Tiny fella Thor is just mad that conservatives aren’t going to allow for hatred indoctrination into the next generation so they can become miserable with him as his wife plugs his poop hole
