Except it is speech, and if we switched races she wouldn't be detained in any way. She isn't making a specific threat or encouraging others to violence. She's describing fantasies. They're sick and twisted fantasies to be sure, but she is still firmly and unequivocally in the realm of protected speech.

I didn't say zero consequences lol

I said it's in the realm of protected speech, so she wouldn't be committed or imprisoned.

She would certainly be fired, and might still be fired even without switching the races.

Doesn't sound like a healthy society if people do that, or if people attack them for it. Almost like we have a history of unhealthy race relations.... Hmmmm...

Why did you omit that she has received such strong backlash that her private practice permanently closed down several days after the recording was posted online?

I suppose omitting that detail protects the editorialized narrative that "hatred of white people is so accepted", but it translates to Duffington Post levels of journalistic bias.
