When i have a bad day you know what i do? I take off the stress by doing some exercise, punch the punching bag or do some yoga/listen to meditation music and smoke a fucking fat blunt.

At the end of the day, he proved how immature he is for a 40 ish yo man. Must be a great father if he is.
