We can all see he's missed a step since wrecking Paul Ryan in 2012, but he doesn't have dementia, isn't anywhere close to unfit for office, and is governing appropriately.
Meanwhile Trump could barely complete a thought from his first day in office, destroyed several important norms, actively obstructed investigations in which he was a target, and so many other things, and you had to be actively pushed to ever lay a criticism against him.

You need to calm down. You are hyper-emotional. Try to express your thoughts clearly without launching into a tantrum. You inevitably melt down when talking to someone right of center and start launching into accusations and personal attacks. You have an incredible need for social validation and project those insecurities onto others. You constantly pivot to "...everyone thinks" when projecting your own thoughts; it's a mark of extreme insecurity. No one is forcing you to hit "Add Reply", you are always welcome to just walk away.
Whether or not you think Trump had good policy ideas or whether he violated political norms is irrelevant to this conversation. Trump verbally sparred with the media on a regular basis and made himself available. Whether or not you think his baseline IQ was 80, or 90, or 110, he maintained that baseline for the time period that he was in office.
Biden's aides have kept him away from unscripted interactions with the media. They faced sustained criticism both during the campaign, and during his first few months in office. He has set the record for the longest period of time not engaging with media in a solo press conference, as reported by the far-right news site CNN.
It would be one thing if this were one badly edited compilation or clip. But of course it's not. No one is accusing Biden of suffering from advanced dementia. No one is demanding that he step down. But he is clearly showing the effects of cognitive decline, and that is a concern for clear and obvious reasons.
I would say that the "hacks" in this conversation are those who criticized Trump for walking "gingerly" down a ramp and concluded that Biden falling down three times while climbing stairs was proof of why he was in good health.
