Shitty governor who’s a better orator than at his job. His nursing home decision should of been enough to get him out but New York is one of the most corrupt crony states out there. He’s calling for an ‘outside investigation’ because he knows he can pull strings and then come out and say “ look the investigation cleared me”.

If you go like 10 miles outside any large city in NYS you see ‘FU Cuomo’ stickers all over.

I just can't help but think about what's wrong with white culture. We let our elderly die in nursing homes and then blame the government for not taking care of them. New Yorkers need to take personal responsibility for their family.

Agreed. This would never happen to Hispanics or Asians. White people really struggle to take responsibility for their own.

the differences in family dynamics across different races and cultures really is bizarre. if my parents needed to move in if they couldnt take care of themselves at their own place they’d have a room in my place no questions asked. i know this isn’t feasible for everyone but nursing home is literally last resort not just oh well it’s convenient. then again on one side of my family its very much a “you solve your own problems” point of view

Asian nations actually took it seriously and started testing, quarantines, and contact tracing way before the West did.

Basically the earlier you started isolating and contact tracing the less time you had to lock down and the better you did.
