Yeah, Kamala knew that she had no path to the nomination if she couldnt cut into Biden's lead with blacks, so she staged this histrionic, premeditated attack. It was some sort of early hail mary by her campaign.

Biden put aside Kamala's attacks during the primary and selected her because he's a fucking mature adult, has good character, and wanted a solid running mate. It appears to have worked well. He defeated an incumbent president, and will win over 50% of the vote.

im curious to see the total popular vote total for biden. on yahoo feed its still showing 8 mill with only like 70% counted lol

You can serve as acting president during a vice presidency term for 2 years and still run twice after that making it a total of 10 years. I imagine that's what they are shooting for, so I give it 2 years tops they might keep him in a basement for a good year or so before this if the dementia gets worse
