I agree with most of the points here. Some usual conservative talking points.
Labor: Lot of progressive things IE labor unions etc. that started as "liberal" have become conservative strongholds, yet they tend to ignore how they came about. I don't know how the next wave of these come about through the R party. They talk about the "old days" or MAGA, but in the 50's the top 3 tiers were taxed at 90%... I don't really know if a lot of the party understands the history of some of the things they rally behind.
Morality: False argument, sorry but Trump is proof that there is no real desire to be morally correct.
Healthcare: Ok hate the ACA but where is the replacement?
ProChoice/ProLife: Abortion wasn't brought about because everyone loves killing kids, was butched home attempts, heath of mother, child, cost of care of uncared for children in society etc etc etc. it should NOT be a religious belief debate in my mind. I do think some of the late term ones should be revisited legally, as premature children survive from the times they still allow abortions.. I think that's a REALLY tough subject. They DONT really believe in separation of church and state like most conservative claim to.
Fiscally conservative: LOL nevermind that
I always think about if the voting was not allowed over 40. R's would almost never make it into office, so how is that sustainable? People change as they get older which is true. But with some of their long party topics totally abandoned to support the orange man. Where will it go next? Is it going to try and revert back to pre trump? Will they re invent themselves? Under what compass? Hard to say.
